Nomad Tech Basic Support – Subscription Terms

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to enroll in a recurring subscription for the Nomad Tech Basic Support plan.

You authorize Nomad Technology Group to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis for the selected plan until the subscription is cancelled.

Billing will occur on a monthly or annual basis, per user, depending on the selected plan.

You may adjust the number of users or cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice to Nomad Technology Group.

You may also upgrade to Nomad Complete Support at any time for full-service IT support and protection.

Additional Support & Emergency Service Billing

The Nomad Tech Basic Support plan does not include help desk, troubleshooting, or general IT support services.

Nomad Technology Group does not provide any IT services outside of this plan at no charge.

The only support included under this plan is limited to ensuring that the software and services provided by Nomad are installed correctly and functioning as configured at the time of setup.

Any requests for troubleshooting, user assistance, system changes, issue resolution, or other IT services will be treated as billable work.

Submission of a support request constitutes authorization to bill for services.

If IT support is required to address an emergency, security incident, or other issue requiring remediation, services will be billed at a rate of $150 for the first hour (minimum charge).

Additional time will be billed at $150 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments thereafter.

All service charges will be billed to the payment method on file.

Service & Liability Disclaimer

Nomad Technology Group will perform services in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and best practices; however, you acknowledge that no system, network, or device can be made completely secure or error-free.

Nomad Technology Group makes no guarantees that services will prevent all security incidents, system failures, data loss, or interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad Technology Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to services provided under this plan.

Nomad Technology Group’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer for services under this plan.

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nomad Technology Group from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Nomad Technology Group.
